@robreiner Trump doesn’t want to take right away from anybody. He only said it was up to the states, and the states are decided by the voters who live there. that means the people decide.
Abortion is not a federal issue. It’s a states’ issue. If you don’t like the abortion laws in your state, elect state representatives that will introduce measures to change those laws. Biden promising to codify abortion at the federal level is unconstitutional.
