Update from Universal Ostrich Farms The last of the fencing is coming down, only skeleton crews remain. According to an RCMP officer I spoke to, the RCMP are not expecting to be here when the night shift starts. Judging by what I see, it looks like the CFIA and the RCMP will surrender these seized properties and leave today.

Universal Ostrich Farms Update - 12 November, 2025 Days after the mass slaughter most of the CFIA agents and their RCMP paramilitary protection force have left the farm. A skeleton crew remains as fences are torn down and allegedly contaminated hay from the killing fields is dragged all over the yard and driven out onto the highway. Once the CFIA and RCMP leave the farm there will be a lot of work to do to document what's left behind for the family and supporters to begin picking up to pieces of their shattered lives. This story is far from over... Stay tuned.

A Dark Chapter Ends and a New Chapter Begins... More than 6 weeks after the CFIA, and their RCMP paramilitary protection force, seized Universal Ostrich Farms and two adjacent properties, provoked and terrorized family and supporters, they have finished taking down their fences and police tape and have released the property. It feels very surreal to me. The horrific slaughter is over and the occupying force is gone but this story is far from over. It's the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. Now will be a time to grieve and then begin the long process of picking up the pieces and going after the people that perpetrated this heinous crime on innocent Canadian farmers. There will be accountability... It is now our singular mission.

It looks like the cfia might be getting ready to head out during the night. The RCMP are likely to remain while the fences are taken down. CFIA, RCMP, it's time to leave and let this family grieve.

RCMP Shift Change The RCMP handling security for CFIA work 12 hour shifts at Universal Ostrich Farms and swap out at 6:00am and 6:00pm. The officers are actually working 60 an hour shifts because they have a 2-hour commute from their hotels to the farm and 2 hours back.
