ALL, The question is which “citizens” does the ballot want to prevent from voting in U.S. elections? Answer: Non-U.S.-citizens such as illegals who are “foreign” nationals. We want ALL citizens to verify their citizenship so only U.S. citizens vote in U.S. elections.
