"For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world.” - 1 John 2:16 "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." - Galatians 5:16 God bless you.

It all started about 20 years ago. I used to see this older gentleman at a coffee shop, always meeting with young men, and it left an impression on me. I eventually struck up a conversation with him, and he told me that God had called him to help younger guys avoid the mistakes he had made. [Open it up ↓]

18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your bodyfn and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20

There is no breaking the cycle of lust. It's like asking to break the cycle of sin. That can't happen when we are all sinners. We are to die daily, renewed and walk in the spirit of Christ. We are always going to fall short but God's grace is enough to change our hearts daily. ❤️

Jesus broke my lust of the flesh I know longer think or desire to look at every female and want to possess them this is NOT LOVE, this is LUST. Lust = temporary = devil Love = eternal = G_D.

@Evolvedmentali1 He tells truth on how young they are exposed and messed up by it!!! I see it and hear evidence of it everyday at work and unfortunately some adults don’t understand the long term subtle effects either and go as far as to recommend it to children to learn things 🤢🤮

@Evolvedmentali1 Sheila Wray Gregoire cites data showing 28% of women seek porn, notes its role in creating unrealistic expectations, and links it to emotional needs for love and affirmation. She offers practical advice—accountability identifying triggers, rebuilding intimacy, and seeking therapy

@Evolvedmentali1 Gregoire acknowledges that pornography addiction is not just a “man’s problem” but also affects women significantly. In the book, she cites survey data indicating that about 70% of men and 28% of women report deliberately seeking out pornography

Simple don’t goon, work out, worry about yourself.

Women struggle as well
