Yeah I can't see Biden ever holding a press conference to tout the Stock Market. #1, he knows the economy is more than the stock market, and #2 he's not an egotistical maniac like Trump.

So then you would say that the spike toward the end of 2020 and start of 2021, was because of anticipation for Biden's presidency? The gap in all of the polls were much more significant for Biden than any gaps are for Trump now.

Everything has always been manipulated to some degree. Buyers and Sellers manipulate it by buying and selling. Supply and Demand is what controls the market, as well as the expectations of future success.
