Something else of note - they were clearly already heading down the hill … as she literally said “we have to go down here” & he simply reiterated what she just said.

Sorry, one last thing… but how can we explain this photo? I don’t understand how BG *is not* in the picture, but some how is directly behind Abby in the video. I hate this.

Because perhaps he approached the bridge from the south side, passed them on the bridge after this photo & turned around after he passed them to head back south again? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Bridge guy is a lot closer to them than I thought he’d be from descriptions given by those in court…

Which makes me wonder exactly what was shown in court 🤔 I spotted him IMMEDIATELY. Would love for some folks who were actually in the courtroom when this was played to weigh in. @NewsyBarbara? @defense_diaries? @aburkhartlaw ?

They were not bothered by that man being there and he only said ‘hi guys’ … one of the girls responded with hi ….. that’s disgusting , if this is the evidence they have used to railroad him omg !
