Yes, this is a very important topic to discuss with patients when taking any agents that for detoxing or anti-microbial. You very likely will feel worse before you get better and if it is too much cut the dosage down and take some binders. Treat it like a hangover because that is essentially what it is as you body is rinsing out poison.

@ZakariaMDv3 The Herxheimer effect can be really bad for some. My hubby took Ivermectin when he got Covid and his lungs were so bad one night at 4am, that we almost went to ER. I got him to take ivermectin and by 10am his lungs were feeling normal, however, he had a major skin Herx reaction.
