It is a well known fact that ambulances, hospitals, shelters, safe zones, schools and mosques are used exclusively for civilian purposes in Gaza and NEVER by any militants.

Are medical crew members protected under International Law? esp when there is clear evidence to reflect they were simply carrying out their responsibilities without any unlawful activities? @KarimKhanQC @IntlCrimCourt @CIJ_ICJ @icrc @amnesty @hrw @MSF @UN_HRC @UNHumanRights

The Red Crescent transports Hamas around Gaza so they are fair game. Israel will get every terrorist.

NEW | Israeli forces have imposed new displacement orders near and movement restrictions on Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza, pushing one of Gaza’s last major hospitals toward collapse, Doctors Without Borders (MSF) warned today. ▪️ Nasser Hospital Pushed to the Brink MSF reports that Israeli orders now require 24-hour advance authorization for any movement to Nasser Hospital. ➤ Medical staff scheduled to work have been blocked from reaching the hospital. ➤ Staff already on shift have been forced to work 48 consecutive hours. ➤ Ambulances risk being shot at if they move without Israeli permission. ▪️ MSF: Nasser’s Collapse Would Be a Death Sentence “We have seen this pattern before,” said José Mas, MSF’s head of emergency programs, warning that shutting down Nasser would be “a death sentence for the most severely wounded, critically ill patients, and women needing emergency obstetric care.” ➤ MSF points to similar Israeli tactics used to disable Al-Awda and Indonesian Hospitals earlier in the war. ▪️ Lifeline for Southern Gaza Under Siege Nasser Hospital is Gaza’s largest referral hospital in the south, with facilities including operating theaters, an oxygen plant, ventilators, a blood bank, and incubators. ➤ MSF has treated more than 400 newborns and pediatric patients and over 500 women needing surgical maternity care at Nasser in recent months. ➤ The hospital remains full of trauma and burn patients amid the ongoing blockade and bombardment. ▪️ Health Care System Under Assault MSF emphasized that the attacks on Gaza’s health system go beyond bombings. ➤ Hospitals are targeted through displacement orders, denial of medical supplies, and blockades on patient access. ▪️ MSF and Medics Urge Protection for Nasser Hospital Dr. Victoria Rose, a British surgeon who recently returned from a medical mission at Nasser Hospital, described the situation: “This is the only standing hospital in the south of Gaza now. There is nothing else around us. All the other facilities are basically tents. They are field hospitals. They don’t have any ICU capacity. They don’t generate their own oxygen. If Nasser closes, all of the ICU patients here will die.” MSF has called on Israeli authorities to guarantee full and unimpeded access to Nasser Hospital, warning that further restrictions will lead to more preventable deaths.
