In the video, as officers approached Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan and her friend Veronica Hannan, Flanagan pointed at one of them and requested to turn off his body camera. During the incident, Flanagan repeated that she was "an AG." After attempts to deescalate the situation, the officers arrested both women.
