I was one of the actors and saw this happen from backstage. Afterwards, instead of castigating them, we invited the protestors backstage for a chat. They politely explained that there’d be no art on a dead planet. All the actors shook their hands. One shed a tear.

I was at this performance with my grandfather, a veteran of the first, second, and third (forthcoming) world wars. He was leading the standing ovations for the activists as a representative of all veterans who support JSO! 🫡 🇬🇧🟠🔶🔶🔶🔶🔸

I was in the audience with my parents, brother and his entire family. We were all very bored but this moment had us on our feet cheering and whooping. Even my dear old father who fought in the war and is very frail. I've not seen him so full of life in 30 years!

I was Ms Weaver's stunt double on "Avatar 2", and she told me after the shoot wrapped that her performance was primarily inspired by the actions of brave @JustStop_Oil supporters like Richard and Hayley. Happy to be quoted on that!

I'm Sigourney Weaver's agent, and I have to tell you that not only was Siggy fully supportive of these brave protesters, she actually played a significant role in this brilliant stunt. Bravo!
