Absolutely devastating news. The child that the media claimed died from measles actually died from medical malpractice. Dr Pierre Kory outlines two big failures the hospital had in her treatment: 1. They didn’t adjust the antibiotics after she continued to decline. 2. They delayed administration of a new antibiotics for 10 hours after they had confirmed test results. The delay was fatal. Dr Kory says the hospital did one important thing right. They were treating her for pneumonia- not just measles.
