Women are revising their social media boyfriend requirements for 2026. My theory on "non-binary" identities: Some women have extremely low self-esteem, which leads to them being uncomfortable with the idea of femininity. And after all, if women are supposed to be feminine beautiful, but they're not feminine & don't *feel* beautiful, they must not be women. So they reject womanhood in favor of a more neutral label. "Non-binary." Now they don't have to deal with the associations or expectations of being a woman OR a man. As someone who has struggled with self-esteem and body image, I understand the thought process and inclinations. However, being a woman or man isn't something you feel or perform. It's just what you are. Putting on a suit doesn't make you a different gender. I feel for people like Bella Ramsey, but the truth is young women not being comfortable in their own skin is nothing new or revolutionary.

Turned 24 today by completing an epic 1300km journey on a motorcycle riding across ladakh. All I can say is - if you’re in your 20s, just pack that bag every few months and go on epic adventures you wouldn’t be able to when you grow old my man. got approached by so many uncles in their 40s and 50s looking at the bike with fascination. the teenage boy in them was excited to see the motorcycle, they were doing the same route, just with a car and a driver and a family they had to look after the entire time. you could sense the longing for something like this in their eyes and their voice. you will never have less responsibilities and more time in the future. actively and consciously shape the life you wanna live. go on more adventures. go take more risks. go solo if you don’t have friends who can come with you. go live a life ur actively proud off despite the burden of responsibilities on your head. go be the guy who does it all - fails most of the time, but tried anyways. go win. (note to self)

This bride was outside with her groom going through the walk through before the ceremony. One of her best friends took this video of her dad sitting in this window who had been watching the whole time. The first man who ever loved her. 🥹 As a father I’ll say this, if that was me, I know I would be thinking about all the years that have flown by, remembering her running around as free as a bird with the whole world ahead of her. In that moment I would feel love, regret, passion, purpose, sadness, joy but most of all, I would be so proud of the daughter I’m giving away. To us, our daughters will always be our baby girls. Ladies, you remember your dad giving you away? Dads, do you remember giving away your daughter? Were you sad and happy at the same time?

Guys will see this kind of thing and think it’s instruction, but they don’t read the fine print: 1️⃣ This girl is married yet still posting thirst traps online 2️⃣ She is clearly ADVERTISING herself for someone; someone who is NOT the husband (the husband already has her!) 3️⃣ Further, she is bragging about what she is able to get her husband to do and how easy she has it (i.e., he is way more invested in her than she is in him) Many men assume that, “The easier and more comfortable I make life for my woman, the more indebted to me she’ll be for all that comfort and ease, the more grateful she’ll be for how spoiled rotten I’ve made her, and the less motivation she’ll have than ever to look for other guys!” This assumption is based on one very WRONG misunderstanding of women, however: That what women really want is ‘stuff’. Material comforts. ‘Nice things’. It is easy for men to get this misunderstanding, because women will constantly tell you they DO want ‘stuff’. Just like how children will tell you they want stuff: • “I want this present!” • “Will you buy me that gift?” • “A new version of that came out! Can we get it?” But if you spoil a child rotten, that does not make the child ‘forever grateful’ to you. Likewise, spoiling a woman rotten does not make her forever grateful either. The harsh reality is a woman’s loyalty has NOTHING to do with how much or how little you spend on her. You can spend on her if you want to and if it makes you feel good. But you should treat it like charity; it is like giving alms to the poor. That is, it is not an action you should expect anything back from. You can spoil her rotten but still have her posting thirst traps online, showing herself off and advertising for other men. We need more role models like Shaam Raaj to help younger generations grow up proud of their Indian roots and identity, especially when they may face hostility or bullying over something as dumb as their skin color or foreign propaganda. When we teach our kids the beauty and diversity of their religion, history, and culture, they learn to know their worth. They become mentally and physically strong enough to stand up for themselves. So when someone tries to bully them, they don’t shrink themselves to fit in. They confidently defend who they are. 🫵😃

Born to ex-orphan Kalama, Kapuki represents the incredible success of our Orphans' Project. What makes it even more special? These wild mothers choose to bring their babies back to introduce them to the people who raised them. Some, like Kalama, stay in the area for extended visits, allowing us to witness these magical early days. Others make brief introductions before heading back into the wilderness of Tsavo East National Park. Each visit proves the lasting bonds formed over the years from when we first rescued a tiny orphaned calf — who's tragically lost her mother — to watching her reclaim her place in the wild. Motherhood is quite simply the most perfect cherry on top of the cake! We know of 77 babies that have been born to elephants we rescued, raised, and rewilded, because they have chosen to share their calves with us. You can meet them too:

It’s a special feeling to celebrate your birthday in the place you were born, especially when you’ve been away from home for so long. I am grateful to Pakistan’s government and security officers for giving me that opportunity last week. I met educators and activists who are breaking down the barriers between children and their education. Artists who imagine the future and remind us that our best days are ahead. Girls determined to pursue their dreams, from the football pitch to the classroom. My heart is full of gratitude for everyone who made this trip possible, but even more so for the people and organisations who are working to turn every girl’s right to learn into her reality.

Ayurveda – Sahana Nasya practice focuses on keeping the nasal passages lubricated so they can function properly during times of higher exposure. This can be done once or twice a day, and can be applied often and more consistently when spending time in large crowds or enclosed spaces. I do this with my children as well, and it’s made a noticeable difference for us. I used coconut oil but you can also use • olive oil • almond oil • saline nasal sprays “If this changes how you think about prevention, you’re in the right place.” Have you ever tried nasal oiling before? When i started the JSW Indian open for squash in 2025 the idea was to create a world class tournament on home soil in order for players like Anahat, Veer, Abhay, Velavan and many more to get the chance to show case their skills and gain much needed confidence. It gives me so much joy that Anahat who we have been backing through interventions in coaching, S&C and nutrition since 2023 is now the junior world champion. LA has always been the mission for us at JSW for Anahat and we will continue to work hard for her and for Indian squash and sport. A huge congratulations to Anahat and her wonderful family who have been her rock. We will all work our best with SRFI to make the JSW Indian Open even bigger and to make Team India stronger for LA. At JSW Group we will do whatever it takes to win Gold!

When i started the JSW Indian open for squash in 2025 the idea was to create a world class tournament on home soil in order for players like Anahat, Veer, Abhay, Velavan and many more to get the chance to show case their skills and gain much needed confidence. My dad is turning 80 soon.🙏🏻 The best decision my siblings and I made was moving him to live with us after his 76th birthday. We rotate him among us every few months just like mothers rotate among her children. We decided to care for him at this period he needs us more. We no longer have our mother 😭but this father we have also sacrificed a lot for us all. Happy father's day to you Dad and to all men who are present in their families emotionally, financially, spiritually and otherwise. May your days be long on earth and may you enjoy the fruit of your labour in Jesus name. Amen.

Someone sent me these videos yesterday, and they brought back so many memories for me. At this point in the show, I felt so alone and so angry. I told myself, “I’d rather die than not win this,” especially because of the way everyone was snickering at me when the game started. (We’re all friends now, it’s fine 😂) Imagine how amazing I would have felt if I had known there was someone out there rooting for me this much, hoping to see me win and succeed. I’ve learned that you never truly know who is watching, who you are inspiring, or whose day you are bringing joy to. Be authentic. Give everything in life your best shot. Be willing to go against the odds to achieve your goals. In the end, only victors get to write their stories. This video has inspired me all over again, and I hope it inspires you too. If you have a girlfriend who is into fashion, or had one years ago, she probably had a Vinted account. Vinted was back in the day the most unhinged female-gaze-focused site on earth. It was 99% women talking about fashion and other stuff. I think today it is a little more professional. The site is basically like eBay for clothes. It was created by a girl who was annoyed by creepy private messages on eBay and wanted a safe space for females. Anyhow, Vinted was the anti-X. On X, it’s an all-men audience having a completely comical understanding of the female gaze, and on Vinted, you basically had young women thinking men are way more emotional than we are. People who form their opinions on women based on Reddit posts, Pornhub, and incels on X are just ridiculous copers. You can always tell by them being completely one-sided and sexualizing everything. A guy on X would be like, “Haha, doesn’t she know that men don’t care about fingernails? She is so dumb.” Bro, women do their fingernails like you wrap your car. It’s not meant to impress the other gender. It’s also ridiculous when incels threaten women with, “He will pump and dump you.” They don’t care. To them, it’s just an adventure. Sex gets increasingly more important to you the harder it is for you to get. Also women understand intersex dynamics way better. They get feedback from an early age. They get complimented, approached, harried based on what they wear. Incel men get no feedback at all until they have their first gf. That’s why their styling is always way off when they try to impress women.

She called herself a proud socialist Democrat. Like so many young, college-educated women in blue cities, Barbie believed the world was divided between oppressors and oppressed. She marched for every progressive cause and found real meaning in the protests. The demonstrations filled her life with purpose and moral clarity. Even though she had never seriously studied the Israel-Gaza conflict, the passionate slogans against “occupation,” “oppression,” and “apartheid,” along with calls for “freedom” and “resistance,” sounded righteous to her. The emotional intensity of the activists made her feel she was on the right side of history, so she never asked difficult questions or looked deeper into the facts. Then she met him at a campus protest against Israel. He presented himself as a refugee who had suffered under Western imperialism. Barbie saw a victim, not a threat. She took him in, posted about their relationship as an act of “resistance,” and was celebrated by her activist friends as a symbol of love overcoming hate. After a few months, he convinced her to move into his community—a closed, insular neighborhood where most asylum seekers and migrants from his background lived. In this once-proud patriotic city, they had become the majority in large parts of the urban area. What used to symbolize national identity had transformed into a parallel society where Western norms were no longer dominant. It was there that the violence became more frequent and open. He would scream at her, grab her, and hit her in front of neighbors. No one intervened. No one seemed surprised. Some even looked at her with disapproval, as if she were the problem. Still, Barbie believed he could change. She told herself that with enough love, he would see her pain. The same political circles in the West that promote open borders and mass immigration refuse to acknowledge a simple truth: not all cultures are equal. They deny it, suppress discussion, and continue flooding the West with people from incompatible societies. In doing so, they brainwash a generation and prevent real protection for the women and girls most at risk from the ideology they imported. In the Muslim world there is very little diversity. Minorities are steadily disappearing, along with traces of pre-Islamic civilizations. Islam is fundamentally totalitarian. While Western cultures were built to protect women, Islam treats them as property—selling girls as child brides, forcing them into marriage, and condemning them to lives of suffering and control. Every year, thousands of women are murdered by their families in so-called “honor killings.” In most cases, these murders are not treated as serious crimes because they align with Islamic teachings. Barbie believed the slogans. She paid for them with her life. How many more women must be sacrificed before the West stops lying to itself about the consequences of importing incompatible cultures? It is time to end mass immigration from societies that do not respect basic Western values—especially regarding women. Asylum must be strictly limited and properly vetted.
