why would he downgrade?

If I was in Kompany’s shoes I will stay put at Burnley because he has job security. He will be given the funds & chance to reestablish Burnley in the premier league & will have the pick of the top jobs in 2/3 years time. If he goes to Chelsea they will sack him within 6 months 🤷‍♂️

Trying to figure out how Champions League-winning manager Luis Enrique is no longer on the shortlist but Vincent Kompany is 🤔

Why don't they just sign every manager like they do with players
