Mockler: I disagree that the government shutdown aspect didn't work. I can just speak for from a personal lens. One of my close friends, mom, didn't understand that she was reliant on these ACA subsidies until the government shutdown hit, and now she's been laser focusing on what's going to happen next. Because, you know, it's hard when you're a paycheck to paycheck American, a 400% increase in your premiums could be lethal for you. So now she actually did see that 400% increase. And she's been hyper focused on this since the government shutdown. So it did help bring awareness to the issue.
