This American family has a property that’s over 100 acres large He wanted to built a treehouse, the county told him it needed to be a specific size, so he built it that size Th country is now saying it’s considered the primary residence on the property and won’t let them build another house….. again they own 100 acres…. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department tells TMZ that in early January, an elderly man reported spotting a trespasser at his Tucson home less than 10 minutes from 84 year old Nancy Guthrie’s house. Investigators are now examining whether that incident is connected to the abduction of Savannah Guthrie’s mother. Most of the women in this country still believe that they have a right over the husband’s and in-laws’ house. This is the biggest MYTH. The matrimonial house is either the husband’s property or the in-laws’ property, and the wife has ABSOLUTELY ZERO ownership rights over that property merely because she got married. Yes, if she is residing there, it may be considered a shared household for the purpose of living and shelter. But that does not make her the owner of the property. Women in our country cry for the husband’s & in-laws’ property but rarely talk about respecting those relationships enough to deserve any voluntary share or ownership. He asked her and she said that was the way it was when they bought the house. Why would this be on top of the roof? I’ve lived in 5 different states and never seen them on the roof. This woman received a summons to appear in court for theft based on flock camera evidence that she was stealing packages. The problem for law enforcement is that she had her own cameras set up, which absolutely proved that it wasn’t her. The officer refused to show her the evidence at her door because he said that she was arguing with him and not being forthright. When you look at the camera footage, it is two totally different people. He absolutely was refusing to cooperate with her. He was convinced that the camera footage showed her, even though she had camera footage to prove that it wasn’t. This is the danger of these cameras. Law enforcement in some cases is using and abusing them . Ultimately, she was able to prove her innocence using her own camera footage, but what if she didn’t have her own cameras set up?

I hear about creepy woods way too often, but for me this one takes the cake. But not for the reason you would think. This woman was in the backyard by the fire at her parent’s house. She keeps hearing a voice say hello to her. And she never hears any footsteps or sees anyone. But the voice seems like it’s coming from everywhere. I am convinced this isn’t what she thinks it is, I am convinced someone’s bird got out. I’ve heard of birds sounding mechanical and creepy. They can fly silently around her giving her that effect that the voices are coming from everywhere like that. Could I be right? I think I am.

It turns out that he actually lives at this apartment, she has been scammed by someone who claimed to be the owner. The police were called and the woman is now faced with trying to find another place to stay while standing under an awning outside before it rains. The neighbor starts harassing the police and tells them they need to remove her and the kids from the neighborhood because they don’t belong there. If you were in her position and you woke up in a place far from homes without money to get another place, what would you do, would you just go back home, that way you can keep the infant safe?

Did you know in some states when a neighbor cuts down a tree, if it falls into your yard and damages your property, it’s deemed an “act of god” and you are responsible for the damages to your property. For me this could be a huge headache for many people, it shows no accountability. If the neighbor’s tree damages someone else property, you would think that it’s their responsibility since it’s their tree and it’s their actions that caused the damage. Why on earth would any state have this law is beyond me, I wouldn’t want to live in an area like that, where one day you are on top and the next day you could be thousands in debt. What would you do if this was the case for you?

A spokesman for the Huffines family told us “This was obviously a dark place, and we wanted to put light in a dark place,” adding that “the new entrance will reflect that mission and will read, ‘BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO COME IN THE NAME OF THE LORD.’ What the enemy once meant for evil, God can redeem for good.” Some on social media are questioning Huffines’ purchase of the property, but he quickly shot down those questions by emphatically stating that any federal or state law enforcement agency would be allowed access to the property to investigate or search it. All they have to do is ask. Worth noting that the proceeds from the sale of the property also went to Epstein’s victims. This is the best-case scenario for this building! A man gets a call in the middle of the night from his wife. She’s driving home from work and she noticed a law enforcement officer has been following her. They ended up following for over 20 minutes, right before she makes one of her final turns to get home. The lights come on and the officer pulls her over. I always thought that they weren’t allowed to follow you over a set number of miles. That it would entrapment. But it turned out to be a state officer, so that would make sense that they could follow from another city, but if they had cause when they followed, wouldn’t they have stopped her then?

You know.......I got to thinking about it the last couple days......LET'S SAY.......IF Richard is telling the truth, and he was seen on Feb 10th, before the image was released, and never seen in area again......... WHAT IF........He was coming from the west or south from her house, with a Backpack......what if he was dumping some stuff that is and has NOW been found by JIM? It would NOT have been there when SAR DOGS checked the area......and they have NEVER checked again......SO it makes sense that "IN PLAIN SIGHT" could be.......somewhere they checked.....scratch off the map, and then come dump in that area........and then it is in plain site but missed!!! BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN CHECKED!!!
