On April 16, 2024 Merrick Garland testified to Congress & was asked about Biden’s fitness. Garland said (under oath) “I COULD NOT HAVE MORE CONFIDENCE IN THE PRESIDENT” 95 days after his testimony Joe Biden was forced to dropout of the Presidential election.
