There is NOTHING "common sense" about "red flag" gun confiscation laws! What part of "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" do these idiots not understand??

IE she will conspire behind closed doors to commit deprivation of rights under color of law, as will the Senator.

It's her job to enforce the laws Congress passes. As much as I don't like her answer, in the context of a confirmation hearing, it's the correct one.

I'm not concerned. I wished she would have said: All Legislation must originate from Congress and signed into law by 47. I'm nominated for AG. My opinion isn't law.

If Senator Pendejo wants to raise the age for gun purchases the age to join the armed forces and vote should be raised to the same age.

Nope. Don’t trust her. All gun laws are illegal. “May not be infringed” really is that simple.

That wasn't exactly the clear "No, I am not going to prosecute laws abhorrent to the 2nd Amendment" that I would have preferred. But why is the legislative branch asking an executive branch nominee about what laws she wants? That isn't how their works. The senator makes the laws. The executive branch enforces them.

That is NOT a good response. Very concerning.
