Iran has the capability to continue blocking the Strait of Hormuz using anti-ship missiles, sea mines, armed speedboats, and unmanned boats, which are significantly cheaper than anti-ship missiles. Tehran doesn’t need to sink every vessel - it's enough to convince shipowners and insurance companies that it is capable of doing so.
