Unusual. A judge that actually reads the constitution and isn’t a political activist.

Judge VanDyke for Supreme Court Justice! @POTUS @VP @StephenM @AGPamBondi @WhiteHouse

This was a smart move to make a video with the reasoning of his dissent, because most people aren't going to read it and get a chance to see the logic behind a dissent that actually makes sense. He's right, as per usual, the 9th misunderstood. There's a reason they're the most overturned court in the nation. California's logic is flawed and really an exercise of mental gymnastics based on a failed understanding of how a firearm functions. Also, that attorney has no clue about firearms.

Based Judge VanDyke

His dissent video is such a breath of fresh air

We, as citizens, have the right to equal firepower as guns that would fire upon us from a tyrannical government. After all — 2A has nothing to do with hunting. 😏

Nice! We need more judges like this.

None of these conversations should be happening to begin with. We shouldn't celebrate we have a judge on the constitutions side. We should be alarmed this conversation is happening whatsofuckingever.

If I understand correctly, CA is arguing that if a part can be exchanged, it's therefore an accessory and thus not protected by 2A. But nearly all modern firearms are modular by design, meaning they're intentionally made so their parts can be exchanged. By CA's newly-minted standard, modern firearms are just a collection of accessories and thus not protected. The agenda here is so clear a blind man could see it. This is simply being done to establish a precedent that can then be leveraged to violate the God-given rights of CA citizens.
