Col. kaushalendra singh in their Monks and Warriors YouTube channel- Captain Praveen Thapa of the 21 Para SF revealed that the Kuki National Army (KNA), a Kuki militant group under the Suspension of Operations (SoO) agreement with the गृहमंत्री कार्यालय, HMO India had conducted joint operations along with the Indian Army against other insurgent groups in NE India particularly Manipur. Retd Major Maj Digvijay Singh Rawat, Kirti Chakra (Retd) was also a part of 21 Para SF. This might also be one of the main reasons why the Indian Army & GOI is reluctant to act against Kuki militants who have repeatedly violated SoO ground rules and why the गृहमंत्री कार्यालय, HMO India continues to renew the SoO agreement despite strong opposition from the common people of Manipur. Will the plan of Zulkarnain Saer’s group, which wants to turn Bangladesh into another Pakistan by granting immunity to killer army officers, succeed? The answer is -- no, it will not.
