"I'll submit letter to RS Chairman, demanding Raghav Chadha & others be disqualified from RS for joining BJP"- Sanjay Singh Bhai, BJP is fast. Doesn't waste time in empty talks. Before u submit letter, BJP has already completed formalities for merger. Reportedly, RS Secretariat sources indicate that all formalities related to Merger have been completed. A letter from AAP MPs, listing 7 members, has been received and formally acknowledged by the BJP. The entire process has also been cleared by Rajya Sabha Chairman. Under the provisions of the Tenth Schedule, a merger requires a two-thirds majority—this condition has been met in the present case, and therefore, the question of disqualification does not arise. So naturally, the BJP is bitter. It has started poaching leaders from other parties, and more so, in Odisha, from the BJD. Let's hope that these people find him worthwhile.
