Chittisinghpura Sikh Massacre – Planned by Ajit Doval, Not Hafiz Saeed LeT: Indian Army Captain Confesses On the 25th year of the Chittisinghpura Sikh Massacre, Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has released a confession from Indian Army Captain Rathore, who has come forward after years on the run. “I was leading one of the two firing squads that ruthlessly killed Sikhs in Chittisinghpura.” – Capt. Rathore This chilling revelation shatters the Indian government propaganda. The massacre was not carried out by Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) or Hafiz Saeed, but was a covert Indian Army operation executed under the direct orders of NSA Ajit Doval. Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) is a U.S.-designated terrorist organization, involved in various militant activities. However, the testimony of Capt. Rathore clearly absolves LeT of any involvement in the Chittisinghpura Sikh massacre. “We were trained to execute the Sikh killings in a way that it would be seen as a terrorist attack by Pakistan-backed groups operating in Kashmir.” – Capt. Rathore “The BJP government carried out this massacre to paint Pakistan as a terror state and gain U.S. support against Kashmir’s freedom movement.” – SFJ’s Gurpatwant Singh Pannun Capt. Rathore’s Shocking Confessions: • The massacre was pre-planned at Rashtriya Rifles headquarters. “Orders came from Brigadier JS. We were told to make it look like a Pakistan trained terrorist attack.” • The timing of the massacre was deliberate—intended to influence U.S.-India relations. “It coincided with President Clinton’s visit, to frame Pakistan as a terror state.” • “Indian Army murdered several innocent Kashmiris to cover up the Sikh massacre”. “Days later, five local Kashmiri men were kidnapped, killed, and falsely labeled as Pakistani terrorists. In 2006, the CBI admitted they were innocent.” • Systematic elimination of witnesses. “Every other soldier from my firing squad has been assassinated. I am the only one left alive.” – Capt. Rathore SFJ’s Pannun on Doval’s Role: “This is the same Ajit Doval who also facilitated the release of Masood Azhar in the IC-814 hijacking. Doval is not fighting terrorism—he is manufacturing it.” “Chittisinghpura was not an act of Islamic terrorism. It was Indian Military’s Terrorism carried out under BJP PM Vajpayee to manipulate U.S. foreign policy. The world must hold India’s BJP accountable for this crime.” Global Intelligence Community Must Question Doval’s Role: As India hosts its Intelligence Conclave, SFJ calls upon global intelligence heads attending the event to publicly question Ajit Doval’s role in orchestrating state-sponsored massacres. “The Chittisinghpura massacre was meticulously planned by none other than Modi’s NSA, Ajit Doval, who was placed in J&K in the 1990s. Doval ran covert operations from Udhampur, the headquarters of Rashtriya Rifles and Intelligence Bureau activities.” Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, Attorney at Law (New York) General Counsel to SFJ Mobile: +1-917-789-2914 [email protected];

“The Government of Pakistan had strong suspicions that Markaz-e-Taiba could get struck by India, which is why most residents had already vacated at the insistence of authorities, resulting in only three fatalities.” Somehow, by sheer coincidence, Pakistani agencies were anticipating this exact site to be targeted, because they expected Indian retaliation after the Pahalgam terror attack. And where did this foresight lead them? Not to any random mosque or madrasa. They pre-emptively cleared out Markaz-e-Taiba, a so-called mosque complex founded by none other than Hafiz Saeed, the UN-designated global terrorist with a $10 million U.S. bounty on his head. This is the same Markaz-e-Taiba that houses Jamia Dawah Islami, the indoctrination centre named after Jamaat-ud-Dawah, Lashkar-e-Taiba’s front organisation, where young men are radicalised and funnelled into terror ranks. The same compound is now “managed” by the Pakistani state, while continuing to deny any relationship with LeT. If it were just another mosque, why did Pakistan identify it as a likely Indian target after Pahalgam? How did they know? They knew, because they knew what it really was: the headquarters of Lashkar-e-Taiba. From Bahawalpur to Muridke, the Pakistani establishment’s predictions about both Jaish and Lashkar headquarters being probable targets were not based on some intelligence inputs. They were divine signals to protect terror infrastructure, the national heritage of Pakistan. They think the world is stupid. It isn’t. Video courtesy: Sky News
