Yeah, simple ideas always work great. Like when people thought bleeding patients would cure diseases — simple and deadly. Or when France built a big wall (the Maginot Line) to stop Germany in World War II — too bad Germany just walked around it.

Canada needs to diversify far more and not be so reliant on the US. The US can’t be trusted.

Trump will never back down on tariffs. This is all double talk. He will stick to his agenda and Carney will come out of this summit with nothing except a fat bill to the taxpayers.
