Electing Republicans would be a disaster. They've made their plans clear: The Life at Conception Act was included in the GOP's proposed 2025 budget. If they have power, they will try to pass it. And no matter what he says now, Trump will fall in line.

So if you don’t kill them in the womb, yes, some will die after birth. That’s not an increase in death. They just don’t count it when unborn babies die, only born. If they counted both in the same category, the rates would be lower because a lot of these children who are being aborted actually could have survived.
