First time making pho and this is how I did it. Cooking a new cuisine for the first time was more challenging than I was expecting. There was a lot to learn and mistakes along the way but happy it turned out okay. The pho wasn't quite what I was expecting. It had good meaty flavor but lacking that authentic taste. The oxtail fried rice, however, was a nice surprise.

Jimin my dear YOU ALL DID AMAZING 😭 🐥: ‘ah, but honestly, I also have a lot of regrets about today. It rained so much, and originally… This time, I really wanted to try this new production, even if it meant removing some of the dance parts to make it happen. I put a lot of effort into it. But the smoke from the fireworks didn’t come out well, and there were parts that didn’t work as planned. Because of the weather, there was no wind, so normally it would have dispersed well when it appeared… that was a bit disappointing. 🐥: At the same time, while I really wanted everyone to enjoy it, I also felt a lot of worry before going on stage today. As I said on stage, it was a bit burdensome and difficult. I wanted to see it go well even more than anything…I felt like I had to perform well and repay everyone’s waiting with a good performance. So I don’t think I went on stage with a completely light and carefree heart. So if the people who came were even a little happy, then I think that’s enough. Then I think I can relax a bit and feel that it went well’

🐈‍⬛ : honestly the 'fire' stage was a bit dissapointing... the camera... ㅎ 🐈‍⬛ : it could've been captured a bit more coolly, so its a bit dissapointing BUT still, it was so cool. it came out well, and thankfully there's a fancam 🐈‍⬛ : i watched it before sleep yesterday, its more satisfying than i thought. i almost never feel satisfied with my own fancam but the 'fire' fancam looks okay. please watch it once
