Not the best blocker in staying engaged but he doesn't shy away from contact like the other 2. Ferg and Scoon want no part in smoke.

That’s the bare minimum, I ask for a little more lol. TEs are important in our run game. When they’re on running game usually follows suit. Look at last week for example. Much better game from them.

@JohnOwning Not as dominant as everyone has been making it seem. I’ve done my fair share of critiquing Ferguson, but I can see why it’s not a clear cut decision for the coaches. That being said, I would like to see Spann-Ford get even more touches and playing time. He’s got the potential

When we ran the Navy offense, the key detail to making a block was being rough at the point of contact. Coach said “If it Pops it Sticks!” Whoever he faces in practice is letting him win easily and its not transferring to the game.

A lot of tackles at the end of these blocks. Gotta marry his feet with his hands.

I think you'll continue to see more of him on early downs. He's still developing as a route runner/pass catcher outside of the short stuff. I think they can find a perfect balance tho between Brev underneath and Ferg downfield.

He gets YAC, he’s physical as hell. ferg is scared to block gets no YAC…being Daks bff gonna save him I guess lol

The YAC aspect is why he should be featured there and Ferg more intermediate and downfield. I'll leave the bff stuff to the trolls
