When we started, he was 5’10 175 pounds at 86-88. Overall impressions were he moved well but was weak: Db bench- 70➡️120 Reverse lunge- 225➡️500 Deadlift- 330➡️500 Strength was our first big goal when we started. Smaller pitchers need to be able to produce force to throw hard

Another thing that stood out was his FB efficiency, averaging around 75%. We immediately switched to a sinker that was performing better with a better profile along with added velocity throughout the summer.

By the end of summer, he was up to 94. A big 6 mph jump credited to being more physical, being stronger, and increasing his body weight from 175 to 190.

Unfortunately, Brian blew out and needed TJ going into his senior year season. During his return to throw, we used the radar gun every day for feedback and goals for each session. We also utilized athletic throws the entire time as some pitchers become robotic during rehab.

Coming off his rehab, the 2023 season showed a lot of promise: PR at 95✅ 29.1 innings with 35/14 k/bb✅ Healthy✅

2024 season is where he really put it together. We really cleaned up his lower half and addressed his tempo to maximize his velocity. 93-96 T98🔥 78.1 innings 2.9 era 78/35 k/bb🔥 16th round draft pick🔥

Going forward, we still have some arsenal consistency that still needs to be addressed. Although we saw success being primarily fastball gyro this year, we are hoping to continue to build and improve at Georgia this year! Brian is the goat🐐
