Millions of people have bought THIS guy's NEW and BAD translation of the Bible. I hired several respected scholars to review his Bible translation and they all thought it was bad. They all showed that his private "revelations from God" were not amazingly true. By now, this man is a millionaire, from selling his visions and special revelations, which include his "translation." Most scholars say that it isn't really proper to call it a translation. It's called "The Passion Translation" and you'll be meeting more and more people who use it, unless we can spread the word.

How successful was Brian Simmons in convincing the world that The Passion "Translation" was translated from "Aramaic?" He had some of the most well-known Charismatic leaders hyping up his "Aramaic translation" all over the world. TPT only exists because of this deception. And now, we are being told that the final "Bible" will have almost no references to this secret "Aramaic." Why? Because various individuals have now exposed the fact that most of the "Aramaic" was just the ramblings of an amateur filmmaker who claimed to have a secret manuscript in a secret language that he refused to show anyone. The endorsements page for TPT is still a "Who's Who" of the Charismatic church.

The footnote of the passage Bill is quoting is plagiarized from p. 599 of a book by Glenn David Bauscher (image below) and the second half is plagiarized from the website of a fringe filmmaker named Victor Alexander. Brian Simmons gets the praise (and financial reward) from the Bethel platform, while the authors whose work he stole do not. The Passion Translation is still sold on the Bethel website and bookstore.
