Erin Friday says that in states like California, parents risk losing their children if they refuse to transition them. She broke down to me how Child Protective Services can take children and strip parents of their rights once a child enters the system. “I have evidence of school counselors telling children how to use Child Protective Services to get away from their parents who refuse to capitulate and call them another gender.” “Once that child then gets into the crosshairs of Child Protective Services, the child can be taken and placed in a temporary foster care family.” “During that interim, the parents are being investigated.” “They can be investigated just from not calling their child a male or female name, whichever the child wants.” “There are foster care bill of rights in many of the blue states.” “Those bill of rights require that the child be housed based on gender identity… not their sex.” “So we take a child and put them in a very vulnerable position.” “The Bill of Rights also allows the child to get sex-rejecting interventions.” “You don’t need consent from the parents anymore.” “You get child and government consent to cross sex hormones, puberty blockers, name change.” “Parents essentially lose their parental rights to the government as long as those parents refuse to transition their children.” “These children are taught also to make false claims of abuse, not just emotional abuse, but physical abuse.” “The parents can’t even go to the press about what is happening to their child.” Erin Friday, Esq.

Meet Charles Mutiso, a Grade 3 pupil at Njiru Primary School. Charles is a child who should be sitting in a classroom, holding a pencil, learning how to write his future. Instead, he is walking from market to market, alone. Charles is suffering from a severe skin disease that has painfully deformed parts of his body. Out of fear that the condition might be contagious, teachers sent him home. Since then, no one has followed up. No doctor. No treatment. No return to school. Just silence. His parents are divorced. His mother, Veronica Akinyi, struggles on her own. His father is absent. With no stable care, Charles now spends his days roaming the streets sometimes playing, sometimes collecting plastics. Imagine a child in pain slowly getting used to that pain. Imagine a child who still wants to be in school, but poverty and neglect have locked him out. This is not just a sad story. This is a child slowly disappearing in plain sight. Charles needs urgent help: • Medical treatment at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital • A school uniform • Shoes • A school bag and books • Support so he can return to school on Monday This is more than charity. This is a rescue mission for a child’s future. If we act now, Charles can receive treatment and walk back into school with dignity. If we ignore this moment, another bright child will quietly be lost to the streets. Let us not allow that. If you can help in any way please come through. Support Charles Mutiso: Paybill: 303030 Account: 2052935582 If you are able to assist with medical care, school supplies, or direct support, please reach out. Let us show this child that the world has not abandoned him. Let us bring Charles back to school. Let us bring Charles back to life.
