You cannot brief thousands of people to turn up. You cannot leak a story that makes a crowd appear. You cannot PR your way into being someone people actually want to see. And we’ve seen the same thing with their various projects. Meghan and Harry can heavily promote something and have the press tell us how exciting, successful or important it is, but eventually you have to face the reality of whether people actually show up, buy it or support it.
