All you have is slogans, no substance

No one in Canada is not free. Govt doesn’t need to do anything to make canada more free. We would like lower tax for low and middle class Canadians. You promised that in 2006 but there were no income tax cuts until Trudeau cut income tax. You always put wealthy people first.

Maybe - calling beautiful Canada broken - tagging MGTOW on hundreds of videos since 2018 - supporting unlawful, costly, blockades - giving crazy crypto advice - wanting to destroy CBC - ignoring climate-change - being a Big Oil shill Isn’t a good idea #NOBODYLikesPierrePoilievre

Hey Pierre Poilievre: I appreciate your speaking intelligibly to voters. Voters deserve politicians that use sobering prose to structure their perspectives and communicate lucidly. Just a few comments to follow-up your post: 👇 These are not exclusive to any one party or leader; @JustinTrudeau @theJagmeetSingh @yfblanchet @ElizabethMay I am pulling directly from the video above to situate my reply. “Taking back control” from “over powerful government,” “global forces,” and “massive multinational corporations. Politicians are constrained by two forces: the state structure and global forces (i.e., global capital flows). You each work within a state apparatus that has been designed to support the flow of capital. There’s no getting around this. Your job is first and foremost to secure the capital interests. You need to state this more clearly to voters. They deserve to know that you don’t have the autonomy as a leader nor the leader of a party to oppose global forces. Acknowledging this is so important. It gives voters an appreciation for the task you have before you when elected to government. Voters are more than capable of understanding that civil society, their way of life, is dependent on capital (money, finance, assets, resources, wealth, etc.). They know that government functions to secure their interests; if they didn’t, you wouldn’t use ‘slogans’ based on securing ‘their interests’. You need to say, for example, ‘We want to do ‘x’, but we will face resistance from ‘a’, ‘b’, ‘c’, etc.’ Each of you needs to acknowledge this. This is the transparency voters are owed. No more slogans. Just say it as it is. Please. #CDNpoli #ONpoli
