This is why I am for private sector contracts for everyone. No work, no pay. Performance targets, bonuses, meagre sick pay. Take out insurance if that’s the case. No sick pay from day 1 BS. Earn holidays like on agencies by how much you work. The waste in this country 🤦🏻‍♂️
