An hour later, the two children were released and instructed to simply keep walking straight ahead. This is how the children report that their father, their mother, and their two younger brothers, were executed.

Our small shelter home is a safe, cozy forever space for four three-legged dogs who lost their limbs due to accidents and severe infections. Life on the streets is impossible for them with three legs, survival outside would be cruel and unsafe. With us, they are warm, protected, loved, and living happily, just like they deserve. They are not broken. They are strong, gentle souls who still trust humans despite everything. They will always have a home with us, and if the right, compassionate families come forward, we will carefully look at adoption too. Because some lives don’t need sympathy they need commitment and love #dogs #AnimalWelfare

We came up with a new name for the Democrat Party: GRANTIFA. The No Kings rallies aren’t packed with young activists they were hoping for... They’re full of nursing home residents who peaked in the ’70s and now need help standing. Wheelchairs, walkers, and oxygen tanks. This is their “big protest” energy. They spend a few hours screaming “No Kings” with their dentures falling out after voting for Pelosi and Schumer for 40 years. Then they go home and sleep for two days with their cats. What a miserable life. Normally I’d say the Democrat Party isn’t sending their best, but the sad truth is, they actually are. Grantifa is all they’ve got.

While everyone's distracted with flinging political haymakers and floating conspiracy theories and screaming at each other while pretending to be fire experts, let's not forget the insanely dedicated firefighters who are out there busting their butts on these fires. It is an incredible job with a lot of adventure, but it takes years off their lives. They show up to work every day knowing that they will get cancers we'd never get. They'll face horrors we'll never see. And they'll die younger than they should. And yet they still show up. They miss birthdays, holidays, weddings, funerals...and yet they always answer the call, no matter when it comes. Twitter is the worst of America. These guys are the best of America.
