This is great on pork rinds or organic tortilla chips. Just in time for football season. Make this with or without the ground beef. Queso con carne: 1 lb drained ground beef 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated cheddar 1 cup grated jack 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tbs cumin Salt to taste Add cayenne pepper is you want some oomph.

Looking for a nice adult beverage to celebrate Independence Day? Try this Patriot’s Punch. Here's what you'll need: • 1½ oz vodka—I am a fan of Tito’s • 4 oz Sprite (or lemon-lime soda) • Red, white, and blue Gatorade (for ice cubes) • Ice cube mold (silicone cube or star-shaped works great) • American flag cocktail pick (for garnish) Instructions 1. Prep the patriotic ice: Pour the red, white, and blue Gatorade into separate sections of your ice cube mold (or layer them carefully if using one mold). Freeze overnight. 2. Build the drink: Fill a highball or rocks glass with the frozen red, white & blue Gatorade cubes. 3. Pour & mix lightly: Add the vodka and Sprite. This was my birthday splurge yesterday. It’s a one and done recipe and doesn’t trigger me to want to eat a whole bucketful. Butter Powder Espresso Mug Cake 6g carbs per serving 1 egg 4 tbs butter powder 1.5 tbs unsweetened cocoa 1 tsp espresso powder 1/2 tbs vanilla 2 tbs melted butter Sweetener of choice Air fry 8 minutes at 350 or bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes. To make an easy cream cheese whipped cream, use an immersion blender on 1/4 cup cream, sweetener, vanilla and 2 tbs cream cheese or mascarpone.

CREAMY GARLIC PAPRIKA SHRIMP Ingredients: 450g-500g Raw Wild Red or Argentinian shrimp or prawns (washed,peeled and deveined) 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Butter 1/2 tbsp Garlic, minced or paste 1 Small Red bell pepper, finely diced 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion granules 1 tbsp Smoked paprika 1/4 tsp Salt & ground black pepper, or to taste 1 tbsp Tomato purée 1/3 cup Double cream 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2–3 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped Method - Step 1 - On medium heat, to a pan, add the oil and butter. Once melted add the garlic and tomato purée, sauté for 2 minutes. Now add the peppers and sauté further for 2-3 minutes. Next add the dry seasonings, and sauté for another 2 minutes. Step 2 - Bring the heat down to low, stir in the cream and add the shrimp. Gently stir and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp has cooked through. Step 3 - Add lemon juice and stir. Garnish with lots of fresh parsley and serve! Enjoy!

It’s 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons mascarpone 1 tablespoon allulose 1/2 tbs vanilla extract The best thing about this is I don’t love it so much that I need to eat it every day. Once in a while is good enough.
