Will Al Carns defect to Tories if NI bill becomes law & Healey doesn't commit to 3%. Used to be best mates with Johnny Mercer and in those days was a Tory. Interesting Burnham overlooked him in reshuffle as he's really impressive on TV.

Keir Starmer says that the UK has played no part in the US and Israel attacking Iran But then later adds that British planes are in the sky for defensive operations "to protect our people, our interests and our allies, as Britain has done before in line with international law" Anyone else confused? If we're not involved why are our forces mobilised? And if our forces are mobilised in this way, doesn't that mean we're involved?

It’s my natural inclination to defend and to protect. I’ve been doing just that, in various capacities, all my adult working life. From serving in the British Army and then the Royal Marines Commandos, to starting a company and designing and building over 200 armoured vehicles for our UK police forces. Protect and preserve. It’s in my nature. It’s what drives me. And it’s why I’ve found my political home in Restore Britain. Our country and our way of life must be preserved. Beyond that, our economy, our industry, our armed forces, our judiciary, our schools and universities all need serious restoration. Apparently ‘woke’ means ‘awake’. Well then I must be woke…. Because I’m awake to the fact that our county faces an existential threat. We must stand up together and fight to Restore Britain.
