That landlord can be found - he isn’t smart enough to cover all traces - you can apply for a free api plug to companies house and scrape their entire system for his name and any associated companies. It also sounded like she was hinting that he might no longer be involved which could be cover for him handing over the running of said Ltd companies to someone else … Also - if he’s non resident there are more angles - very likely he’s not to date on tax or residency status or not declaring correctly. With houses in the UK under a Ltd company he can’t ever be non resident for tax as he fails the ties test

How do i find out if and where these HMOs are potentially housing them in my area? (south wales) they clearly are as i live close to the holiday inn (cardiff airport)which had multiple people stay there. they claimed they were the ones who helped "us" in the Afghanistan war🤦🏻‍♀️
