It's a war - this one is the October 7th War. This carnage literally ends the moment Hamas releases all hostages (dead and alive) and surrenders. This is how all wars end, just like the Nazis finally ended the carnage of World War Two by surrendering to the Allies in 1945.

How is the so called last hospital in a war zone this quiet and calm? Would carnage not be corridors full of screaming victims?
