Jsut file an RTI, your work will done immediately. Samething happened with me. They kept my file pending for 6 months. One fine day i file an RTI. Next day electroncity RTO called me and with in 10 mins my work done. They will never do any work for free.

The RTO is so rotten and corrupt that every employee there refuses to work without a bribe. Agents openly demand bribes right outside the RTO office. This is one department filled with such corrupt officials. The money reaches the top, so no one takes action against them. Look at their faces—they want money for everything. Haak thu.

RC card can be downloaded in digi locker. Physical takes time I guess. It depends on the dealer. If they are in RTO’s good books, you’ll get RC card faster
