Judge needs to learn a little more about weapons as well. That big, inconspicuous orange thing is a lock that goes in the chamber. That gun isn’t firing.

I have a lot of guns, and while you shouldn't flag someone with the muzzle, that big ass orange thing plainly tells everyone there's no chance of that gun firing.

Despite the orange lock, it's always a good idea to be in the habit of pointing a gun downward. The judge was right. Practice safety at ALL times where guns are concerned.
