He's not investing in physics, he was going to go into a physics grad school and he has a physics BA, so there's something very very strange about Elon, which is that he's focused on getting to the stars, he doesn't seem to have any interest in physicists, and he has a chemical rocket company. What's going on? His real space company, I think, is not SpaceX, it's xAI, it's Grok. Look at the logo for Grok, I think it's like a black hole profile. Look at its slogan, to understand the universe. I think he's given up on the corruption of science. SpaceX has officially acquired xAI and this is a HUGE deal, probably bigger than most people realize. SpaceX + xAI together are about to build a single, vertically integrated engine that connects AI, rockets, space based internet, and real time information all into one unified system. At the core of this announcement is the fact that AI can’t scale forever on Earth. Think about it. Data centers are already running into hard limits with power, cooling, land, and environmental cost. On top of this, global AI electricity demand is exploding, and doing all of this on the ground just doesn’t scale long term. Therefore Space changes this. In orbit, you can get things like near-constant solar power, you don’t have cooling problems, there’s minimal land/environmental impact, and you can build systems that can run continuously with minimal maintenance. This is why space-based AI is actually very practical and there’s only one company that can do it, which is SpaceX! The scale that SpaceX is aiming for is pretty wild. Elon is talking about 1/ 1 million satellites acting as orbital data centers, and 2/ Launching ~1 million tons of satellites per year Which means 3/ At 100 kW per ton, that’s 100 gigawatts of AI compute every year 4/ And that can scale to 1 terawatt per year. FYI, adding 100 GW of new compute capacity annually in space would be like building out roughly 20-25% of the USA’s total average electricity demand every single year. And scaling to 1 TW/year would exceed the nation’s entire power usage, ALL without burdening Earth’s grids! Bro… this is next level… I repeat, as of today, SpaceX is the ONLY company positioned to do this, especially with Starship - the largest flying vehicle ever. In the future, Elon’s saying the team is going to have Starship launch 200 tons at a time, on an HOURLY basis… WTF?! That’s is absolutely mind boggling. Tesla got rid of 10% of its workforce to streamline the company, these things are needed to prepare for the next leg of growth, which imo is Robotaxis & the next-gen vehicle, and Optimus. If you don’t get rid of the extra fat as you grow, it is very difficult to execute at this size & scale. It’s also very important for people to know that Elon & the team clearly sees the pathway to solving FSD (when many investors don’t), and behind the scenes it seems Elon is betting the company on Robotaxis becoming a reality. Elon’s style is very different from other CEO/Founders, where when he sees something that’s so important for the future & also sees that the technology is there to build it & make it a reality, he’s willing to bet the entire company on it, instead of sitting comfortably. Wartime moments like today, like the many that Tesla has gone through, rewards war-like investors that have the discipline, heart, conviction, and patience to take advantage when the war is happening, take advantage when this dichotomy between the stock & fundamentals/technology take place, and waits for the story play out. Remember, time is your best friend & is on your side when you don’t have debt, you’re not playing with options, and you see the light on the other side. $TSLA

Elon Musk on raising capital: “You have to show investors that you’re all in” “Tesla almost died in 2008,” Elon explains. “The recession was particularly difficult for car companies, and in the summer of 2008 we had to raise a big funding round. But because of the collapse in the financial system, that funding round didn’t happen and we had to piece together money to keep the company going from myself and existing investors. We were able to complete a financing round that was just barely enough to keep the company going, and we closed it on the last hour of the last day that it was possible to do so. It was Christmas Eve 2008 at 6pm . . . and we would have run out of money a few days after Christmas.” Elon continues: “So while things are going really well these days, I think it’s always important to remember that when you’re creating a company, there are very dark times and it’s about getting through those dark times. That’s the difference between success and failure.” He offers the following advice to aspiring founders: “A company is a group of people gathered together to create a product or service. That’s really all a company is. When people say success is lonely at the top… I get it now. There just aren’t that many people up there. And it's not really bc they aren’t smart enough. The reason is bc there aren’t many people willing to think differently for years while everyone else tells them they’re wrong. There aren’t many people with the discipline to keep going when nobody is clapping for them. There aren’t many people willing to take real risks, bet on themselves, live below their means, invest aggressively, build businesses, and delay comfort for a future nobody else can see yet. That’s basically been my whole Teslaconomics journey. Betting everything I had on Elon and Tesla when people laughed at me. Betting everything else I had on SpaceX before most people could even own it. Building Teslaconomics from nothing, people telling me I was wasting my time. Walking away from the normal corporate path at Apple. Putting my $, time, reputation, and conviction on the line behind things I actually believe in. And the higher you climb, the harder it becomes to find people who think the same way. Most people just want the quick results. Very few want the years of uncertainty, discipline, obsession, sacrifice, and risk that come before it. That’s why success can feel lonely. Your circle gets smaller bc your mindset changes. The conversations change. The things that excite you change. You stop wanting to talk about what everyone else is doing and start thinking about what the world could look like 5, 10, or 20 years from now and how you can be best positioned for it. For me, that means Tesla, autonomy, robots, AI, SpaceX, building businesses, investing, and trying to create a life where my time actually belongs to me. I used to hear “it’s lonely at the top” and think it sounded cliché. Now I understand exactly what they meant. There simply aren’t that many people willing to climb that far.

I think this has the potential to really be the first $10 trillion company out there and growing. He’s building civilizational-level infrastructure. Bro… Elon just sad the economy is going to 10x the next 10 years. Like WTF? When he makes bold predictions like this, I stop what I’m doing for a second and really think about what he’s actually saying. “This is going to sound pretty crazy… I’d say the economy is 10 times its current size in 10 years. Greater than that.” And he also said it’s a “comfortable prediction”…. I gotta let that sink in for a second before my brain blows up. Today the entire global economy - the total value of everything humans produce - is about $110 trillion. If Elon is right, that means in about 10 years it could be over $1.1 quadrillion! Normally the world economy grows around 3% a year, which means after 10 years it’s only about 1.3× bigger. What Elon is talking about would require roughly 26% growth every single year for a decade… That kind of expansion has NEVER happened in human history. So you gotta ask yourself, how could something like that even happen? The answer is… AI and robots will become the workforce. Both software AI and physical AI, like Tesla Optimus. Think about what happens when machines can do both the software work and physical work, and can do it 24/7 without ever stopping. A single robot could eventually produce more output than dozens of people. Then you scale that to millions… then hundreds of millions… then billions of robots. Productivity explodes. Factories run nonstop. Construction runs nonstop. Logistics runs nonstop. Software builds itself faster. This results in the cost of producing things to drop closer and closer to almost nothing. I think this is the core of Elon’s idea of abundance. 1/ Energy becomes extremely cheap with solar and batteries. 2/ Transportation becomes cheap with robotaxis. 3/ Labor becomes cheap with humanoid robots. 4/ Intelligence becomes cheap with AI. And when the cost of producing goods collapses, the entire economy expands massively. This is also probably why Elon has said many times that eventually work will become optional. The closest comparison we have is the Industrial Revolution, when machines massively multiplied human productivity. But what Elon is describing here is basically that… on steroids… compressed into a decade. And if things go right, he believes AI, robotics, and automation could create the biggest explosion of wealth and productivity the human race has EVER seen. Right now is the best time to be alive… I can’t wait to witness this and be a part of this.
