Man, the nostalgia that this game brings…. Kids these days will never experience what it’s like going from a 16 bit console to a 64 bit console, literally going from 2D games to 3D games. Was ground breaking tech at its time.

This was like every big AAA game ever until like a decade ago. Now graphics have stagnated or even devolved in a lot of cases.

i remember after dropping a bunch of acid around that time period and feeling weird for quite awhile. playing golden eye i was freaked out by the faces looking so realistic hahah :)

I played on the emulator yesterday with my son and lost 😭😭😭 play license to kill with power weapons

Absolutely no one thought N64 or PS1 graphics were realistic. The only time that generation of console was realistic was when a pre-rendered cutscene appeared. Final Fantasy 8 for example. Goldeneye was fun, but it looked like sh t.

After a few deaths, I would need to take a break to come back down from the combat high… It was too real 😆
