This lane is merging and this guy in the jeep wants over. The guy in the white car isn’t having it. The jeep keeps trying and now at this point, he doesn’t want to slow down and get behind, he wants in front. Eventually he drives off the shoulder of the road and motions for the guy in the white car to join him. Half the people said the guy in the white car was at fault- to just let the guy in. This woman returned her U-Haul truck in Spokane Valley, Washington. The manager there was giving her an attitude and a rough time. She told the woman that she had to clean out the back so the woman swept out the back, which is customary, and the manager said she didn’t sweep it out. 🤯 The cardboard was U-Haul’s own sun visor. The woman asked for some rags and said she would clean the inside cab as the manger looked at it as if it were dirty. She told the manager she didn’t want to get charged the extra money for a cleaning fee and the manager closed the door in her face.😳 Since when did customer’s have to detail the inside of the cab when returning a U-Haul truck? And the back looks fine to me. What is with the poor customer service? If you hate your job, why work there? Would you detail the inside cab of the truck? Did you see any major cleaning that needed to be done? Doesn’t U-Haul clean their own trucks?

She went back into the office Monday to complain that she got charged an extra $210. 😳 The man behind the counter told her it’s because she didn’t check the truck in on her phone like he showed her to do. He told her he wouldn’t be there Saturday after 3pm, so she was to check it in online on her phone. Since that didn’t happened, the truck didn’t get checked in until he came in Monday, thus the extra charges. She said she parked the truck in the back and dropped the keys in the drop box. Many people said they sided with U-Haul. They said that’s why they give you a pamphlet and as the man said that’s why he explained it to her. 💯 She said she didn’t remember him explaining that to her. I always read and listen because I do not want extra charges ever, no matter what I’m renting. It easily could have been checked in online. What do think?
