bro these visuals are just mindblowing

welcom to the community! good luck with your first runs!

Ty ty ^^ ended up getting some PvP kills finally, grinding up from just a sponsored kit feels super cool

Fire!

The soundtrack and visuals are just so good

The soundtrack was already a big surprise, there's some crazy atmospheric tunes here and there

Hii. Welcome. Make sure to take your time and have fun. Get out there runner

WELCOME TO MARTONNN

Bungie never miss when it comes to art direction

Please let us see your reaction to what happens when you get into cryo

Ok I'll remember that, I've only been doing Perimeter yet, havent even tried Marsh lol

Try not to get discouraged, this game makes you learn the hard way usually

Its peak

You'll love the faction openings

Yeah I saw the first one which im guessing is the same for everyone. INSANE.

Even if people dislike extract shooters, the most agreed upon thing is that Marathon's aesthetic is one of a kind.

Why didn't I buy this game

YEAAAAA WELCOME TO THE FRAY. remember two things: audio cues are the most important thing, tune your sound settings to help with that. and remember the gear is there to be spent... don't leave it to rot in your vault! you never know when the higher tier kit will save your ass

Yeah I definitely felt the need to tune up the audio in favor of footsteps and stuff. Felt like I was going crazy a bit with all the music and ambient stuff lol

Sound and art are top tier, just wished it wasn’t an extraction shooter :/

I've never played an extraction so I got 0 expectations or negative thoughts so far

Welcome to tau ceti IV!! Good luck on your runs and a certain…someone awaits you aboard the marathon o7

Game is pretty good, if you wanna queue sometime hit me up

For sure I'll dm u later to add u 🙏🏻

welcome to tau ceti iv! press double shift when u play this shell or double tap space:3

I been saying this, marathons sci fi art style and music are incredible

THE VISUAL/AUDIO SAUSE IN THIS GAME I 11/10

Welcome to TCIV

@zenithfl4re if ur new to the grind i can show u the ropes

@zenithfl4re welcome 🫶🏻

You're the last person I expected to try out Marathon, lol

Enjoy the best shooter to come out in 10 years. Hoping you stick around for the big update in December too.

You're in for a good game, welcome!

I ove the their art direction so much,sad that I'm too introverted to play pve games

If u ever wanna play just hmu ^^

I love the visuals and art direction of Marathon. Had a lot of fun for the time I put into it. Hope you enjoy it!

Good luck on your first runs! And if I were to give you one quick piece of advice, make sure you pay attention to audio cues. They can tell you a lot about what’s happening around you.

If Bungie has nothing else they always have the visual sauce

Welcome to peak

@ChefandArbistor Remember death isn’t the end of It’s the beginning

I wish this game was single player so bad. I love the aesthetic 😔

Major parts of the art direction are stolen sadly.

Yeah I remember. They settled with the artist out of court with some unknown sum of money, but it was still extremely fucked up

@Barantyd This isn't true by the way. It was a couple of decals. Artist herself showed exactly what was stolen. The artstyle is older than most people on this website.

@Barantyd Hmmmmm I see I see. It's been a long ass time since it happened honestly

@hyxkkimxru welcome to mara runner

@neincircles One of us!!

Welcome to Tau Ceti runnah, now break some bloody windows
