Trespassing is only after warning and failure to leave. How police do not know the trespass laws is crazy, hope he sues .

These cops have a tiny wiener energy.

It’s private property so they can have him removed. Also, he could’ve handled it better and maybe finished putting in the oil.

Sounds like he was trespassing and then threw a fit.. if I was the hotel I wouldn’t want him changing his oil and making a mess in the parking lot either.

Any cop like this is just drunk on power. Instead of asking him what he's there for nicely. And then if the complaint is trespassing, asking him to leave nicely Anyone who says the guy should just comply is retarded. Because any orders are unlawful. The police are the ones causing the escalation, not the guy minding his own business
