The ministry of education is only interested in adding arabic and chinese. @etsedafeamekpor has been their MP for many years now. Look at the condition of a high school. If we bring poor and deterioration nature of schools in Ghana you'll cry blood

I have soo many questions but first of all, how did the school start???

And scholarship secretariat is dishing out free monies for entire families to go and support one person just to go and read a useless course outside that doesn't bring the country any ROI. Vhim!

Honestly, i think free education is nonsense. if you cant pay for school, apply for a scholarship, if not stay at home. money needs to be generated in the educational sector to cater for things like this. we are educating so many people with no jobs. scrap it!

I’m really sad at this point. I was once a student here, the dining hall prefect for my year (2011-2014), and this school really transformed my life; now I am a PhD candidate. We complained during our time about this situation, but I swear what I am seeing now is worse.

Yet they will write the same WASSCE with OWAS and Prempeh and PRESEC. All infrastructures are given to the so called grade A schools.

All this Haruna no go see, he tinup ah ibi Arabic and Chinese he dey propose for that Ministry. I have never seen any Edu Minister as clueless as he has been.

This is what the education minister should be looking at and not introducing Chinese language and the rest.

They have been voting for NDC since 1992. @etsedafeamekpor has been their MP for 9 years and counting. The NDC has been in power for 10 years and counting, yet we see this every day, then you see people complaining about what happened 8 years ago. Before those 8 years, there was another 8 years of NDC, and there are currently 2 years of NDC, yet this is happening in the constituency of the Majority Chief Whip.

This is a disgrace. The headmaster, teachers , parents, education ministry and the govt should be ashamed. Are they saying that the PTA can't at least contribute to fix something in this school ? Even if it's just washroom or a toilet. Like everything is broken hmmmm.

what are the huge amount of PTA Dues they take from students used for in the school. Peki senior high (PESCO) was renovated by the help of old students and PTA , so what's also stopping you guys from doing same . You can't relying on this kind of politicians we here in Ghana oo

Don't they have old students association? After they complete school, they don't care about it again? This is why the top schools like Botwe Adisco GeyHey Syte dems will always be on top. We simply don't wait for government, we leave a legacy for the future generations. Mosy3 bi

most schools are in same situation, huge infrastructure deficit and you watch government invest in unnecessary projects

Meanwhile the state can afford to fund ex gratia payments to all MPs, after every four-year parliamentary term, regardless of whether they return to the house or leave!!!

Even PTA that was used to cushion the schools small small @NAkufoAddo instructed through the education ministry to put an end to it.. there was no PTA in existence in most of the schools during his tenure… herh this country erh God p3 knows where we’re headed
