Police Rescue a Lady Police officers responded to a call from worried neighbours about a woman screaming for help. They arrived at a home and found the lower floor fully blocked. A woman had broken a window on the upper floor and was calling out. Officers used a ladder to reach her. They discovered her with a chain around her neck, secured to the floor. The team quickly cut the chain and helped her to safety. She was shaken but unharmed. The man involved was later arrested and faced serious charges.

Snapchat locked her account and reported her to the FBI, which led to the police showing up at her house (they tracked her IP address). She claims it was “just a joke” and doesn’t seem to think it’s a big deal. What should authorities do when people make claims like this, and should she be arrested?
