@BrooklynFlowe15 Thank you Stephanie. We keep hearing that Kerr County wanted an early warning system but couldn't get funding for it. It's just not true. The truth is horrific. I've been trying to get this out there, but I hadn't heard this audio.

@BrooklynFlowe15 The brain rot runs so deep. As I understand it, the county took the money and gave it to the Sheriff's office, not to upgrade the systems. I think we'll find that the Sheriff's office didn't support these people either.
