Joseph Angelini III lost both his father and grandfather in the World Trade Center attacks. His father, Joseph Angelini Jr. was working in Ladder Co. 4 on September 11th. Joseph’s grandfather, Joseph Angelini Sr., was the oldest serving Firefighter in the Department. And while he was on light duty day, he responded to the Twin Towers when he heard his son was there. Just three years old back then, Angelini will now carry on his family’s legacy in the FDNY. He is one of 326 Probationary Firefighters graduating from the Fire Academy Wednesday morning.

On his way back to the car a Bowie Police Officer pulls up and gets out of the car and proceeds to open fire on the man with his back turned. He was so skiddish, he claimed he saw a gun.

He told the wife that when he drops baba, he would come back & attend to the dead.
