Brothas fashion in the 1970s.

In my opinion, Black American Winter fashion in the mid 1960s and 1970s was heavily influenced by Black Americans (Great Migration) in California (Los Angeles, San Francisco), the Midwest (Chicago, Detroit), and the Northeast (New York City, Philadelphia) before making its way to the Southern states by the mid-1970s.
