That’s dope to see the action at work! I just picked one up, 12ga, revised safety version, FN made, Vgood cond, $530 I saw you needed to replace the spring(s?) and friction rings, I expect to do the same. Found this source (maybe you know of cheaper?)

You don't necessarily have to replace anything. Clean it if it's dirty, lightly grease the mag tube, install the rings for heavy loads, and go shoot it. Pay attention to what it does or any issues it has. If recoil is excessive (especially when shooting light loads with the rings set for heavy), then it's time to replace stuff.

An exposed A5 looks distinctly alien, didn't even recognize it.
